We were worried nobody would come because the weather forecast was so bad. Also,I know some of you had a long way to come, and others couldn't make it. However, we didn't need to worry. We had a good turnout and everybody seemed to enjoy it. The mud, beer stop, showers and soup seemed to go down well and the rain and cold didn't dampen peoples spirits. We had a really good day, which makes it worthwhile having spent 5 hours setting the trail (we had to do it twice because of the torrential rain over night!). Ok £1:50 for the run + £2:50 for the pint .... and I will put on an ON IN at my place after the run ... food and a deer or two ... some thing like a charity event as an ON IN
